Steps for Instructions:
- Wear the Cuff Correctly: Make sure that the air nozzle is facing the inner side of the lower arm
- Close the Cuff: Close the cuff. The distance between the cuff and the arm is one finger width
- Arm Placement Position: Place your arms on the table with your palms facing up, so that your heart and arms are at the same height
- Start the Measurement: Sit up straight, relax and press the Start button to start the measurement

RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS
We support the refund/ exchange service within 30 days from the date of the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
To complete your return, we require a RECEIPT or PROOF of PURCHASE.
Please do NOT send your purchase back to the MANUFACTURER.
REFUNDS
There is a certain situation where NO REFUNDS are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after signing.
The returned item is missing as customer use the shipping service without track number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
